Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand in some cases you may need to cancel your scheduled appointment. Should you need to cancel and only have one service booked, you must notify the spa 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel on the same day, you will be charged for 50% of the amount of the scheduled service.

If you have two or more services booked, you must notify SO/ME Aesthetics & Wellness Spa 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointments. If you cancel on the same day as your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled services.

In light of our cancellation policy, we will request credit card information at the time your appointments are scheduled. Should an emergency situation arise, please share that information with us. Each situation will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Missed appointments are not refundable. In the unusual event we are unable to provide our services to you because of our availability, a CREDIT or a REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED. Credits or refunds will not be provided to customers who are unsatisfied with the services.
